Enhancements

Async Verifications (Only supported on MD-Staff v.11.70+)

Adding the ability to limit how quickly we run verifications against any given site. This is helpful to both reduce how hard we hit potentially unstable sites during peak hours as well as limit the reasons they have to potentially block us. To start, we are adding this to recently unstable sites:

• StateLicense CA_0
• StateLicense TX_1

Sanctions Report

We’ve enhanced our sanctions name search functionality by replacing the previous “contains” search logic with a more intelligent fuzzy matching algorithm. Previously, searching for a provider’s name would return any result that simply contained the name string. Leading to many irrelevant matches, especially for short names. For example, searching for “David Ha” might have returned “David Menchaca,” which is clearly unrelated.

With the new fuzzy matching, results are now more accurate and context-aware. You’ll still get relevant matches like “Jennifer Sorrell” when searching for “Jenn Sorrell,” but we’ve eliminated the noise from overly broad matches. This update improves both precision and usability.

Site for Desktop App (Only supported on MD-Staff v.11.70+)

StateLicense NV_20

• This site is currently being blocked. We moved the main site to FSMB for that reason
• However, clients on MD-Staff v.11.70+ have access to the ability to run verifications locally through a new desktop app. This will only run successfully through that desktop app.
