AANA Board Certification

We fixed the issue with verifying AANA board certifications.
It will be verifying against the NBCRNA site found here: https://portal.nbcrna.com/nbcrnassa/f?p=700:17800
We are using that site because it is listed on the AANA site: https://service.aana.com/help/can-i-verify-a-crnas-membership-certification-education-or-employment

StateLicense-WI_1 StateLicense-WI_2

We are moving to the new WI DSPS Credential Search page as the old site was no longer getting updated license information.
WI provided an API for us to use as they did not want us to scrape the site directly
This new API currently only support MD and DO licenses. We have requested the rest and are just waiting on WI to add them.
